Dr. Ralph Schuler, DR., MED., DENT., MSD

Dr. Schuler graduated from the University of Erlangen/ Nuremberg, Germany with his dental degree in 1991. He then was appointed full time assistant professor in the department of Prosthodontics at the University of Cologne, Germany until 1994. During his tenure he successfully defended his PhD thesis. After leaving academia, Dr. Schuler maintained a general practice in Erlangen before relocating to Seattle where he completed his specialty training in Periodontics and Implant dentistry at the University of Washington, Seattle. Subsequently, Dr. Schuler was appointed affiliate assistant professor at the department of Graduate Periodontics at the University of Washington in 2003. Dr. Schuler is a board certified periodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and currently maintaining a private practice in Tukwila, Washington, specialized in periodontics and implant dentistry. Dr. Schuler has published several publications and is also an active member of many dental organizations including; American Academy of Periodontology, The International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of Osseointegration.
